    Hi Sir,

    This is to apprise you, yesterday(18/6/17) my 20 Rs balance unnecessary got detected from my No-8802829023 after recharge Rs 40. When i call on aircel customer care-198 then i am very much surprise as they are handling calls on unnecessary technical updation . they are understanding pain of customer and responding in very harsh & rude tone. One of the agent named-Jitesh talk to me with very bad manner and disconnected the call when i requested to him share balance deduction details

    Again i called up on customer care and ask the agent to transfer my call on next level ( Team Lead/supervisor) but he was not ready to transfer my call endless my would transferred to Rahul (escalation team). He told me balance has detected for any click on Game link and your bal would not be refund at any cost. Even id did not received any link or bal deduction communication at my phone.

    So please return my balance and take appropriate action against customer care employee as they are very fucking guys. Else i will pot out from aircel and knock the door of TRAI.

    Feedback: Please improve your network service and customer care service as it's very poor. Customer care always take call on technical updation and network always be very fluctuation. Please call me on this No 9643768451
