    Me and my family have been a customer with OneAssist for atleast last 3 years and were very happy as customers and recommended it to our friends and family. Now my plan renewal was due, but this time i was literally harassed by the company executives. Not only have they spiked the prices, they are not clearly saying whats in the plan. False claims are being made like no rate change for 10 yrs, which was found written no-where. Even after all this, we agreed to take the service and do the payment. Now they are forcing us to pay individually for each appliance and that too only UPI, even though portal is having debit/credit card as option. Such a horrible experience, I had to defer my renewal, also i think u lost a loyal customer and would make sure i ask our friends and family to stop using their services. If something can be done to fix this and an apology with seamless renewal experience, I would surely consider to again be customer of OneAssist
