Respected sir,
I am writing this letter to you just to let you know about the things that are happening in Ryan School Ajmer,
First and foremost the principal MS SANGEETA ACHARYA is not capable of doing her own work properly and is asking the teachers to do it. For eg, the observations that you think she's taking of her own teachers is not actually done by her.
Secondly whichever competitive government exams that are conducted in school, teachers are not paid for that duty.
Teachers are forced to sign on the papers that they have recieved the amount.
She is asking the teachers to pay back the amount in cash on the day they had taken the leave and she has not shown them absent in the school record.
She has a habbit of humiliating the teachers infront of the whole staff and also treats them as slaves.
None of the teacher is ready to complain about her as she threatens the teachers that she would terminate them.
This principal has the ability to insult and humiliate the teachers at her very best.
Earlier also when one of the teacher's like me came up to complain against her there was no strict action taken against her.
Now talking about the very own section head Ms JYOTI HOTCHANDANI who is just a woman without brains.
Look at the odesity that she has of randomly calling me up and saying YOU'RE FIRED. I mean who the hell is she, or who has given her the right to fire the teachers like this.
She lacks the qualities of being a leader. She is walking on the same footsteps, asking the teachers to complete her work as well. She was the one to force me do the observations of the principal, we were provided the rubrics to fill in the observation forms. How insane is this that we are filling our own observations , if we can only do all this then what is this principal here for.

She doesn’t know the format of the documents that are maintained by us. Whenever anyone has a query , her only reply that comes out is "I WAS A MONT TEACHER , HOW WILL I KNOW" . If she is a mont teacher then how is she eligible to become a section head of Mont to Five.
When these two ladies who you have kept incharges of the school cannot do the task given to them. How can you expect the teachers to do it properly even when they are overburdened by the work of their incharges.

There are so many other things like enquiring about the teachers from the parents so that the parents also come to know that there is no value of a teacher in this school especially.
We all are good for her until we are working for her benefits.
Whenever there is an inspection from the central office she makes sure to train the teachers what they are supposed to speak infront of the observers.
In this school only and only the teachers are targetted and not the management, which is not possible that everytime the teacher is wrong and not the Principal.
Nothing is right in this institution.
Ryan International School which is a brand has been spoiled by this principal Ms SANGEETA ACHARYA as well as MS JYOTI HOTCHANDANI.
THIS IS MY HUMBLE REQUEST TO KINDLY LOOK INTO THIS MATTER WITHOUT LETTING HER KNOW. AS SHE HAS THE ABILITY TO HIDE HER WRONG DOINGS
