    Sir/ Madam
    Yesterday ie 31st August 2021, I visited lifestyle at mantri mall for some purchases.
    I did purchase two trousers and visited home center for more. I purchased some cups and other things and went to the billing section. One person just entered the counter and I waited for him for more than 15 min, meanwhile I could hear he was asking for a GST bill and it took time I guess.
    One lady was waiting behind me and the next counter got vacant. The staff / cashier at the next counter instead of calling me who was the second in the queue called tbe lady behind me and billed her, still I was waiting ,once she was done I went to the counter and asked him when I was waiting second should u not call me instead u called the lady.
    He answered me rudely and said we don't see second or third , I said u should see that otherwise someone who is waiting for his turn is a fool or what, like wise the conversation carried and he got prepared to go physical on me where I used a swear word " nimma aaian " and continued to tell him not to be so rude, he also retorted and used the same word two three times and this is when I came back and asked for the manager. If he hadn't shown so much of aggression I wouldn't have used that word, for someone who is familiar with kannada will know its not a very bad word, however I shouldn't have used but his body language proved me and I asked him are you a rowdy,please check the cc tv and u can see the assistant holding him when he tried to attack me.
    When I asked for the manager some gentle man with  spectacles came and introduced himself as manager and when I explained him the complete episode he agreed what the cashier initially  did was wrong but gave me a rebuff  that I shouldn't have used the swear word, I repeatedly told him I wouldn't have used but for his rudness and body language which clearly suggested a rowdy behavior he didn't give his ear. Instead he kept on saying the same thing and behaved very badly with me as if I had done some theft or something like that,
    he didn't show any signs of maturity and  colluded  with the cashier and spoke in a discourteous and impolite way,  At this point I realised both of them were ganging up against me and I left the place immediately.

    The manager told he ask enquired  other persons at the counter but he seemed to have come then only.
    Now the female cashier who was doing the GST bill took hell lot of a time and definitely she will support her colleague, the customer to whom the bill was being done will also support the  gent cashier because of whom I had to wait for my turn, so the manager was totally prejudiced and was unjust.
    I was taken aback by the attitude of those two staff and left the store as I didn't wanted to escalate the situation and moreover my wife and son were also there.

    Though this is a very trivial incident for anybody in his life of ups and downs but NOT for an esteem organization like lifestyle, for which I have always admired and a regular customer since it's inception.
    What bothered me is the attitude of the cashier and more that of the Manager who doesn't look like one, At the first place if he had not spoken rudely ( when I told him I have been waiting for the past 15 min he answered me even if it's half an hour I can't do anything) things would not have escalated and secondly the manager should have taken me to a private chamber and spoken instead of embarrassing me infront of other customers.
    Dear sir/ madam I would suggest one thing, please send your person and let him speak to my office staff, workers and flat owners whom I have sold as a builder or anybody and get a remark against me regarding my behaviour and record it secretly if required without their cognizance and show me, then I am readily willing to tell sorry for your people without any ego or please punish the cashier and the Manager for their bad behavior with the customer.
    Please also note both of them had not worn the masks which is mandatory and kindly see the cctv for their behavior.
    I don't known names but I am always ready to come in person if required.
