Complaint My new MTS Mobile is not charge

    I purchased new MTS mobil connection Huawei C2857 MEID:A0000036815FC5. S/N:D3Z9KB9270304298 in the month of January 2014. Now the mobile is not getting charged. The mobile has one year warranty period. My mobile comes under the warranty period. So I request you to give replacement to my present mobile. And also send the address were i will get replacement as soon as possible. My present location is Wilson garden Bangalore if u give me near location to wilson garden i can collect my Mobil pls co operate me under your company agency service center and accept my complaint to provide good service
