Sir I had purchased yo bike in April 2022 current year from your othrise dealer bhatiya motarcycle agra uttarpardesh there is battery problem exellater problem speedo meter problem the dealer Is not giving service where the vecheil is under gurantee and warranty period it s to brought to your kind notice the vechiel is lying with dealer and I am taking legal action against dealer and company because I had purchased the vechiel on loan installment from Monpuram Finace regular paying installment of 2250 per month after paying 40000 down payment the total amount of vechiel including intrest of 12 month one year is 67000 the dealer had sold vechiel in 60000 and intrest 7000 is chargeable hence it's requested PL replace the vechiel or get it serviceable to avoid mental and finacally loss provided by your and your othrise dealer side
