Dear Sir,
1. I purchased a nutri blend black mixer with jar vide my order no SO/OPO/15172205634 dt 25 may 18.
2. The item is defective since the day it arrived and the jars are not fitting.
3. I complained with wonderchef vide my complaint No wc/sf/wc/sf/290518 dt 30 May 2018.
4. Sachin, wonderchef technician attended yesterday and found it defective
5. He also found the Item faulty and recommended that the same should be replaced.
6. I want to request you to kindly send me a nutriblend with 2 jars as replacement with the present Item of 3 jars.

The Device stopped working one of a suddenly only after 15 days of its usage. I have been running from pole to pillar since then to get in touch with their customer department. But every time I call, some random response with no resolution is given.
Each time a new phone # is given of a filed technician which neither picks up the call sends some random text ( Saying he is not available) or some other says that the delivery area, does not come under their look around.
My request is to please replace the appliance as its hardly been used and is under warranty. Attaching bill for your reference.

Wonderchef is one of the worst company making kitchen appliance... Had a very bad experience with order placed at wonderchef online.... The customer care and the technician are not providing the solution to it... they even don't take your complaint....even after 45 minutes long call making excuses...like your no. Is not registered ....we cannot check order details....100 times they ask u what's your complaint....after a long call they abruptly cut your call without registering your complaint. Very well trained Customercare #Mr.Sanjeev Kapoor's wonderchef for fooling people.I have placed two orders for the same products by mistake. Got one order delievered and now they are not giving me refund against the other order which was cancelled before being shipped. Their senior management also always hideout and don't take complaints . It's all well planned from top management to bottom. Guys be alert before buying anything at wonderchef official site.....order no. WDCN113819 dated 20th April 2019. Amount to be refunded is Rs 847/-

I purchased Nutri blend 8 months ago and suddenly it stopped working.I complaint for it several times on customer care .Every week they are postponing on next week and one and half month has passed in this process.
Very poor quality products... very poor customer care executive and services...and I don't know their company director can't see bad comments about their products

I have purchase one Granite set with free Dosa Tawa product from KPKB canteen in the month of may 2022, the bottom plate of the one pan is damge after use of 6 month, Therefore, it is request to replace or repair the pan as the earliest.
