My Tata Tigor XMA, Automatic Manual Transmission (AMT) car got break down due to failure of gear automatic functioning. It happened during driving the vehicle. It create big trouble for me as the car couldn't start or push aside the road, because the gear cannot change to neutral. It will create much worse problem if it happens in a bussy highways. So I would like to know if this complaint may repeat or not. If there is possibility to happen this problem again I don't want to receive this car back from service centre, but Tata motors should give me a new car because I doubt if the service centre can make it OK like factory setting.

New car, not even 2 years.

Delivery date: 29/01/2021
The car is now with Derik Motors Trivandrum, Pappanamcode service centre.
I would like to know Tata motors decision on this matter at the earliest.

Vehicle No OD AB 3477 ULTRA 1014 Vehicle is stranded at H K Motors Sambalpur , Complain No 192060072145 dt 28.10.2023 . 2nd complain No 92212803888 dt.02.11.2023 send your senior technician to examine what was happen and what is reason. Its already 2 months passed.
