Dear Sir/Madam,
I have bought a new Breeza ZXI+ on 04/05/2022 (delivery date) from your authorised dealer M/S. KTL Automobiles Pvt. Ltd. Vaishali Nagar Jaipur.
While driving the vehicle since very first day I have found following problems in the vehicle.
1. Makes horrible noise / sound while starting in the morning which remains almost 10 seconds
2. Sound inside the vehicle is not good makes humming sound that created headache to driver.
3. Accessories smell is strange, creates headache.
4. Stereo sound is very low quality, makes strange sound while connecting call via blue tooth/handsfree.
5. Milage of vehicle is not good.
6. Excess amount Rs. 1600.00 deposited to KTL dealer which is not refunded to me nor communicating till now.
7. The same concerns are discussed with dealer and service centre also but I have not found any response from either side, copy of compliant register is attached.
8. The services of dealer are very bad and not responding at any level.
9. I have found very worst experiences / services from dealer.
