On 28-12-2019 I lodged complaint with toll free No.18001024323 and attended by your staff. Received message informing me that the technician will contact shortly and attend the repair. But I did not receive any call neither from the technician nor from the office. Again on 30-12-2019 morning I informed, the staff attended but no response. Please do the service promptly and save the reputation of the company and product.
