I was not satisfied with your product and already customised it back on 22 of oct. same day I received it. Two day on 24oct. I got report it is successfully received .
Product was courier by dtdc in Z 17335413 no. On 24 oct. I m waiting my money to be transferred in my account till date not received it. Pls . U r requested to transfer it as soon as possible .

1. Order Id #198681 dtd. 02/26/2022 of Rs. 2999/- & 198796 dtd. 02/28/2022 of RS. 2449/-
We have received the order material vide doc. no. AWB 14112322296807 from you. The payment made on COD basis. When I received its not good and quality is not good , so as mentioned on your website I sent through Speed post vide IVR 6977571682535, EM571682535IN dated 08/03/2022. As per report come to know that you have received the parcel.
Till date I have not received your payment of Rs. 5,448/- also I called you and my daughter on your mob. no. 9998125091 but not picks up our call.
I request you to refund my amount of Rs. 5,448/- immediately.
