Wetted Doors fitted in DS MAX Sonata by Naresh Kumar:

Sir, I booked flat no. 108 in DS max sonata. Where room doors fitted WETTED and they peeled off. I contact sale manager Mr. Ali and Mr. Ravi but they have replied anything. Take action immediately so customer get quality work for reputed company.

Registered flat at star nest project flat 231. There is no progress seen after registration. Interior is pending even after paid the money. We asked for possession from past 4 month. But all pending work as it is and no estimate completion date provided so far
Can't tolerate this kind of response every time.
Please share me the escalation matrix if you are not able to honour your commitments. I shall take up this to next level legally

Sir,
I am Naresh Kumar have a flat 108 in dsmax sonata. I have registered my flat on 28 feb 2022 and told that you should have to pay property tax from the date you have registered ie from 28 feb. But I have paid tax 5045/- for the whole year 2021-22. This tax should be paid by builder or owner. Please resolve the issue and refund the extra money to me. Same matter I talked to Mr vishwanath on mobile and mr Jhonson.
Please reply the matter as possible.

Hi Team,
I done plot ( Sunworth Plot number -21, Bangalore) registration Jan'23 month i paid all amount regarding interior work & the cost also too high comparing with the market. While purchasing plot no one informed interior work should allow with only DS max after paying high amount for interior work still now no one completed work & i am not getting proper response from team through calling & emails . I am paying current bill as well When i have my own plot because of your people not handed over on time i am paying rent for my rent house who will bear double expenses at bangalore
