irregular supply of gas by rathnam:

The gas was booked on 12.06.15 and till now they did not receive the cylinder. they are elderly couple and without gas unable to cook. Her husband came to your premises more than 5 times. every time you say tomorrow the cylinder will be delivered. Till now they didn't get. please do arrange to the cylinder ASAP.
