I am Mr. Santlal Shrinath Pasi residing at 4,9/50 Janata Colony, Opp. BMC School, Worli Koliwada, Mumbai:400030. I want to know on which documents your agency has given the gas cylinder to Mr. Dayashankar Harinath Pasi with Consumer No: 75837024 .

I want to know on which documents basis he has taken gas cylinder connection on my address. This is my residential address. He has misleaded you by submitting fraud document .

Please, Sir take necessary action and cancel Dayashankar Pasi gas connection . I am enclosing the receipt of the gas connection for your reference.
