I booked refill cylinder on 2.2 24, on 3.2.24 I recd. message that it will be delivered shrtly. Till 5.2.24, no cylinder was delivered, then I contacted dealer Reliable gas service who assred to deliver by evening. However, without delivery I recd message that cylinder has been delivered. This is happening far last six months on every booking. Even complaint with SS Commercial has no result. Please let me know contact details of higher authority. Mob 8840205336
