just now I was called this Andhra pragathi grameena bank nallacheruvu customer care I'm asking to him the account open systems is works or not but they told me this is not my job. you will come and ask the account section and when I was went the bank on that time they are not responding and the bank service is very bad.

Nallacheruvu mandal Andhra pragathi grameena bank some times they are not responding and we didn't get good service at bank and last week I went to the bank for account opening purpose on that time the bank systems are not working then later I call the bank customer care but they are not responding and they told me u come and ask the account section.then what's the use of customer care to the bank users I think the bank service is not good...
