When I connect charging cable to Gopro it does not show any sign of charging, no LED illumination. When I remove battery and SD card and plug only charging cable then it turns on but the moment I insert battery it does not turn On. and also when I insert SD card it does not start.

I am trying everything to get connected with GoPro service support but there is no response from anyone. If there is no help then I have to take some action.

I too have been facing such issues. The numbers mentioned on GoPro page 910008001009541
910008001009542 seem unrealising; tried but none works. Also tried the chat but it says 'Hang On' but no one comes to help and leave you hanging forever. No support email ID mentioned too. Very disappointing 'customer service'.

Hi I'm using go pro hero5 and it is giving a lot of problems like when ever I on it and try to click picture it gets off and unable to click pictures can you please help me to get out of this fix.
