My my name Rafiqul Alam Mallick , I have logged a call for my washing machine(Drum shaking) and my call No: 4238458572 , today service man came to my house and just saw my washing machine without physically checking my machine and told around Rs.4000 to 5000 charges for replace the drum and he took Rs.460/- without checking my machine , told me tomorrow he will pick my machine. . At evening someone call me(8336033378) and told me around Rs. 10000 /will be charge for the replacement of drum. I dont know why they keep on changing the rate and without checking my machine how can they decide the problem and just took the service charge for visiting my house without doing nothing.
I want higher authority to look into my problem ASAP..

During the time of washing, the indicator of water level is fulfilled, after that the water continuously falls into the washing machine.

I am at Raigarh Chhattisgarh. I search for repairing samsung washing machine and authorised service centre. My mobile number 9827178280.

I purchased front load eco bubble Samsung washing machine of 6 kg capacity in the month of May 2018.Demo was given except opening and cleaning of dust filter. The machine is working nicely. I contacted call centre today to send some person at their convenience for showing cleaning operation. They said it is chrgeable. It is unfair. I suggest to Samsung not to charge for showing the left out demo portion.
