My new leEco CDLA headphone is suddenly not working in my phone. Please suggest me what should i do

Sir my mobile which is le TV 1s and it is warranty period BT this service centre is not good working and good behaviour with customers...

I contacted LeEco for asking service centre in Bihar near Samastipur . But after about 20 min of holding my mobile , company replied it is Muzfferpur where i can get my mobile repaired which became defective just about 3 months of its purchase. When i rush to Muzafferpur , it is found that the service centre has run away 6 month back. Telephone no. as I get from internet is not not working. Another service centre at Panta Kankarbag main road is also left his place . No genuine telephone connection found. I called many phone no. of his service centre is not working or allotted to somebody. How poor , in service centre! I wanted to purchase another Leeco mobile but as I understood , I never want to purchase the same.

My phone name Le eco , but after 7 months battery backup very poor, and service center phone and address not available, so provide me address and number , mobile sales is very good,but without good service not attracted to whole customer.
