We brought Voltas A/C from Viveks Selaiyur Branch for our Medical shop they issued the A/C with out Gas supply we complained on 17th March in spite of several calls they are responding immediately its an Medical shop with this summer medicines will get spoiled who will take the responsibility?This is a first time we brought from Viveks its a very poor service.

I will purchase Panasonic 1.5 ton inverter split A/c at VEVIK & CO. And then after 2 days a/c will be delivered then after 2 days 16 years below old two guys will come to my home and installed the a/c. After Within 3 days gas will be leaked. After I will complaint to the Purasaiwalkam show room. That day one service guy will come and see my A/C. And then he will be find the gas leak. And that guy say after two days gas will loaded by our service center. Very very wast commitment, wast service, wast behavior.

We bought a Samsung fridge on Monday for 31k in purasaiwalkam Vivek's branch. And it's getting delivered to us on Saturday after us calling 1000 times to the showroom. And even after delivering we weren't informed when it'll be installed and our old fridge will be taken aback. When we called nd asked they're telling installation will be done on Monday. These ppl will give false promises like ur product will deliver the next day ,till we pay the amount and once it's paid they'll not care about you. It's taking a week for them to install a fridge.

Hi,
I have bought a week before two blue star split AC. Two has been installed today asking that one is not even start /power on. Technician confirmed that its manufacturing defect/no supply comes to board.. I want replacement of indoor unit... As i am buying new one.

I am really is disappointed about the product and the treating of consumer , and the product was not packed in the proper manner ( without box) and the staff were not treating me properly with the responsibility , i am not statisfied with product and they are not returning the fund , that is the only reason i buyed , but it is total lose for me

I purchased Whirlpool fridge and fridge stand from Vivek’s Nanganallur show room in Feb 22 vide your invoice no.2119203055 Dt.24/02/2022. The fridge stand is not suitable to the model which we bought from you. When we place the fridge on the stand, it is slanted. If we keep any liquid item inside the fridge, it is not safe. Whirlpool service personal came and checked. He said fridge rear legs are not resting properly on the stand. Several times I requested Vivek’s Nanganallur branch to replace the stand but their response is very poor. They always say fridge stand is out of stock. Vivek is trying to push and sell the products to the customer and there is poor service after sales.
