    The mechanic tell me sir please sign above that your problem is resolved the next 10das part is available in SIRVICE center then we can solve your all problems in your bike free of cost
    But a am calling and visit many time they're Postpone the issue and and delayed in my sirvice,

    I bought hero duet on 2016. Now my vehicle have engine problem. The service person said it is due crankshaft bend and I have to bare the expenses. Think about the quality of the crankshaft which is bend within 8000 km. Company should take responsibility and provide real customer satisfaction.

    I wish to inform that I am regular customer of your Jaasoda auto Pvt ltd,at near district court Gurgaon Sohna road, your service is superb for us but some point disappointed me, I would like to inform that about Mr.Dheeraj who work in your organization his behavior was very rude with me also every customer, I visited 3-4 time but he never talk with polite manner when I was meet with Dheeraj he always response with rude behavior, I think he is also responsible for customer service how he could rude behavior with every customer he hasn't polite manner I am very fed up and disappointed with this guy.     I am G. SivaChidambaram. I have a bike Super Splendour TN 57 AX 3978 and I give a service in Muthuraja Motors Palani and said the complaints they have not rectified . And one week later Trip Meter is not functioning. I went to Show Room and I tell not functioning. They said come by tomorrow and I went by next day. They said come after next two days. I went but there's no reply. Very bad service in Muthuraja Motors Palani. Still now the problem is not rectified. Please take necessary action.

    I decided to buy hero maestro after reading about warranty for a long period and good quality, service, etc. but I am very disappointed to inform that it has just been a year and the starter motor of my vehicle is not working. I have always serviced the vehicle on time and there hasn't been any kind of mishandling as can be seen from the condition of my vehicle but the servicing manager told me that starter motor is damaged and you will have to replace it. Is this quality expected from hero? And why isn't it covered in warranty? Do I have to replace it like this every year? I never thought I would be getting this kind of experience from hero. I have activa at my native place and it's starter motor hasn't damaged ever since it was purchased, which was 10 years ago! To whom this should be reported? Is there any responsible authority who will address this concern? I seriously doubt that I received a damaged piece from hero. If this be true, I'll have to take this matter to the consumer court.

    Sir I have taken five services of my bike time to time from ARC Motors Pvt. Ltd. R/O F-25/4 Okhla Ind. Area Phase-2, New Delhi-110020. But sound is coming from my bike engine. I have checked my bike to ARC motor but they told me that problem for your bike engine. Might be problem from cylinder kit. I went to ARC Motor on 18-3-19 and talked to ARC Motor Manager Mr. Mehra ji, he told me, please come after Holi. Again I went to ARC Motor on 22-3-19 and talked to Mr. Mehra JI (ARC Motor Manager) and told him, please make my service card and then he denied for the same and told me we don’t Cylinder kit now. Also he denied to make service card to his team member.
    Then I went to ARC Motor Payment counter and ask for the same, and then they told me cylinder kit will be available only after given the Order. Then I have again requested to Mr. Mehra Ji (ARC Motor Service Manager), Sir please check once again what is the problem in my bike. But he clearly denied for the same.
    I have talked to Hero Customer Care Service, and then they told me we will try to arrange the part as soon as possible. But till time we don’t get any resolution. Please help me.
