Dear sir,I was trying to book a bus ticket for kankroli to indore by via.com. After all procedure I paid fare by online through my SBI account than a line appeared on screen that your booking not confirmed. Plz try again and 484rs deducted in this transaction. After few minutes I tried again to book that ticket again than successfully booked my ticket and again deducted same amount. But my first booking amount still not refunded in my account. So plz manage to refund my failed ticket booking amount in my bank account..

I would like to state that I had tried to make a flight booking on 20th Aril, 2019 in the name of Mr. Sri Jitu Shill from Bangalore to Guwahati flight date 22nd April, 2019 (Monday) via Indigo Airline flight 6E-524. The booking was made on Via.com site.
While making payment after entering all data, it had shown an error in the system and no booking received. But the amount has been debited from my account for the ticket cost Rs. 14,779.80 (Rupee Fourteen Thousand Seven Hundred Seventy Nine & 80 ps. Only).
While checking in the bank it has been credited in the name of Flight Raja Travels Pvt Ltd.
I request you to investigate and arrange to refund the said amount to my below account.
