On 8th May,2018,booked Ola auto at Rs147/-.The same also displayed in my you rides column.But the automatically collected Rs.25/-more from me.The bill shows Rs.172/-and indicates this is inclusive of cancellation charges for my previous booking,which was actually waived of off and the same was also intimated to me.I request you to kindly refund this RS.25/- at the earliest and inform me.

Hi,
After the additional payment with sufficient documents proof also Ola Unprofessional Team calling for payment which was paid 2 months back.....! Customer care is not ready to check my 20 odd mails and also not ready listen anything which I want to explain about the payment but no.. they don't want to listen anything.
It's worst experience with Ola Team and they are not a trusted company and they don't bother about customers problems.
