request to advise my personal loan account no. is 1579164, as i go to HDB branch but they are saying if i need statement to close account its also chargeable, request to advise how i know balance amount to close this loan.

श्रीमान जी निवेदन है कि मैंने एप्स HDBFS फाइनेंस कंपनी में लोन अप्लाई किया था जिसका एप्लीकेशन नंबर5347113 था श्रीमान जी कंपनी के एडवाइजर द्वारा मुझे झूठ बोला गया कि आपका लोन नो परसेंट ईयरली ब्याज दर पर होगा लेकिन जब किस्त बनाई गई तब उस की ब्याज दर 19 परसेंट ईयरली मिली इसके बाद मैंने वहां से लोन लेने से मना कर दिया कंपनी का एडवाइजर को बोल दिया मुझे लोन की जरूरत नहीं है लेकिन आज दिनांक 110 2018 को एचडी बीएफ फाइनेंस कंपनी द्वारा मेरे अकाउंट में लगभग 102000 रुपए डाल दिए जब मैं कंपनी के ऑफिस गया और मैंने बोला कि मैंने मना किया था पैसा लेने से कंपनी मैनेजर बोल रहा है यह तो आपके अकाउंट में पैसा चला गया है अब हम कुछ नहीं कर सकते फिर मांझी मेरे अकाउंट में जबरदस्ती कैसा गया है मुझे लोन की यहां से कोई जरूरत नहीं थी लेकिन HDBFS company द्वारा मेरे अकाउंट में जबरदस्ती पैसा डाला गया श्रीमान जी इस कारण मैं बहुत दुखी हूं कृपया करके मेरी समस्या का हल करें

Sir my wife has bank FD in Subhadra local area bank.FD matured one year ago but money not returned yet.They say delay from RBI.RBI authority not sending person to disburse money as per deposit guarantee scheme.I need money as I borrowed from private person and l am paying heavy interest.Only way left is cummit suiside.Hope you settle issue till my first death anniversary.
