I have purchased Nirlon 500ml bottle last week from army canteen and within a week as promised by Nirlon of 24hrs hit/cold it is not at all the same, instead it does not keep the water hot for 2 hrs.

I had purchased 2 bottle of your brand Nirlon Hot & Cold Vaccume 500ml Bottle from Air force Canteen at Dadri (U.P.) It is not working properly. I have recently bought nirlon vaccum bottle Nr 48640 500 ml, however while using the product it doesn't provide me the service which I expect.
The water hardly remain hot for 10 to 15 minutes after that the equipment doesn't work, will be please solve the issue by replacing it.
