Dear Sir, I bought the above saiid product, within one month I found this is not holding neither Hot nor Cold for even two hours, when our Hot its outer body gets Hot, then there is no chance to prevent the temperature dissipating, I am from Coimbatore,Tamil Nadu, please intimate what to do, is there any agency in Coimbatore who can repair/replace the product. I purchased nirlon 1 lt bottle style NR-48642 two months back.. despite being rust proof.. as claimed on the packaging it got rusted both inside and outside.. I want a replacement.. if you require photographic evidence that will also be provided.. kindly resolve my complaint.

I have bought an vacuum bottle of 1000 ml capacity from military canteen last month. The bottle can't hold heat for 2 hours. Another thing I noticed is the customer service also didn't picked up the call. Very worst response from them.
