    Leakage in water supply line at the Neythelil Road, Mavelipuram, Kakkanad, Kochi-682030 by Santosh P. John:

    Urgent action is required as there is leakage in water supply line and muchwater is going out at the above-mentioned road. The leakage is where a new water connection has been given 1 week ago; and the digged portion at the road was not restored with tarring or cement plastering. This is negligent and irresponsible, whoever be the authority to do the restoration of the dogged portion. Hence, kindly take necessary action immediately.

    Here in manjadi Thiruvalla water supply is not regular .It is given day and night for one day and then again not given for four days.
    This creates problems to public and most important thing is that fresh water gets wasted .
    Kindly look in to the matter as it is matter of public grievance and water conservation

    I have not used any qty of water after 10th April 2018 since I am presently out of station. But I am receiving bills every two months basis the bill No.34959899 dt.5.4.18 for Rs.916(paid on-line on 5/4/18.). In June I recd a bill No.36874716 dt. 6.6.18 that also paid on-line on 12.6.18, Rs.921 (no water taken). Now in Aug. also I recd. a bill.I have not paid this bill. Please let me know why you are sending bills every two months even if no water is used. In fact, the bill paid in June is an excess payment. I will be returning to station by end Oct. only. I request you not to disconnect the connection till the matter is sorted out. Pl send me a reply to my above e-mail address. Thanks.

Our condition is severe after the flood.Water in our well is contaminated and we are forced to purchase water for our daily usage.Kindly instruct the concerned authorities to reinstate the water supply immediately.They are collecting the peridiodical charge regularly.

    I am permanent resident of Aruvikkara Lane, manacaud. ALRA 53 to 62 number families about 100 persons including babies and old ages. In starting of the drainage pipe line was broken and block the line brfore 6 months and various complaints submitted to The Excecutive Engineer, Drainage division Kryathy, chala. They are not respond our complaint till date. So we request to necessary action in this subject. Waste water is collect to damage electric post is in accident position.
