Ground floor ka bathroom se sipage/ leakage ho raha hai jiske chalte bahri diwal 6 feet height tak bhig ja raha hai. Yeh building k liye bahut khtarnak hai. Ye aap hamse behtar samajhte hai. Is problem ko Subojit ko dikha ya tha. Wah bole ki 20 din bad dekhte hai ki kya karna padega. Lekin Subojit av tak dobara nahin dekha.

Iska av tak 117/11/2020 tak money receipt nahi mila, kab milega ?
Dakhil kharij (mutation) ka nakal awam online receipt of malgujari kab de rahe hai ? Is Kam + registry of land k liye December 2017 me mai aapko Rs 120000 (₹ one lakh twenty thousand ) diya hun. Online receipt aap kab denge ?
Aapne parso din (12/10/2020) telephone se bola hai ki Durga Puja k pahale TRANSFORMER lagwa dunga. Ye aapka 33 rd Wada hai. Asa karta hu ki power problem dur kar denge. Dear sir, I have paid full dues and got possession but still work still not completed.
There is leakage from bathroom and walls are getting wait and paint are coming out , boundary is not done, bottom border is not made etc but spite of regular request and calls they are not responding.
Kindly check it out immediately and resolve the issue.

My self shashi bhushan . I had Book Simplex at muzaffarpur ph-1, My Customer ID is -SB(E)-18,PH-02, I did not get response from muzaffarpur vastubihar team , I had given many reminder for Payment status but same was not provided . Not get any work progresses details . I had paid full amt but i did not get any response from your side . They generally ignore my call . always gives false commitment . They not look seriously for their work . Due to not response it was delay in payment . I not lives there so there is a problem for me i cant visit office regularly . I already written complain at muzaffaerpur office but insteed i didnot get response from other side . I had paid all of my dues but work is not happing as per commitment . they had told me that he will finally give my possesion on 30 June , but after that they donot response . Really very pathetic hassle approach . Need improvement in costumer concern quarry or should must take response . Hope positively i will get reply soon or take possession too in this month .
