I m worked in hosur,last month my mother admitted in your hospital due to pulmonology issue 3days admitted and i told your concern person for discharge summary for claiming purpose he told lead time for 2days at 26th march
My father come and collect the report he is not knowledgeable person so he is collected all report except discharge summary because your team cannot given to him for that document
Now i call to concern person he told come directly and collect it how many time teavelled in same activity
