My Sony Tv model KLV32W512D display has gone off. I contacted the customer care service of sony.The technician of company said to me that yours display has gone off.I want to repair my TV but your technician said to me that u give money in favor of fortune company because this company is franchise of sony in jharkhand.Is it true? Can I give money and will this company give me original part of my TV.pls replay quickly.Thanks.

Sir,
I am located in Ranchi, Jharkhand. I have a Sony BRAVIA Television, which had been performing very well for the past 10 years. The display has suddenly vanished. Perhaps there is something wrong with the panel. The Model No. is KLV-40S550A and the SERIAL No. is 6155794. I lodged a complaint with the Sony Service Center (Phone- +91 11 4641 5600). Two days thereafter, they sent one Mr. Bhagwan (Phone No. 9334294017) who just took Rs. 200/- for the visit, and vanished, never to be heard of again. This is despite the fact that he had assured us of immediate action a day later. I am still in the dark as to the eventual result of the search for a solution. I want my TV repaired, or as an alternative exchanged with something that I may buy afresh.
Kindly look into the matter, and get back to me ASAP.
