i raised complaint on 19 apr 2023 regarding fraud product (dummy handset ) delivered.
I placed order for new mobile 11 5g redmi note with 6 GB ram through the amazon app from usuing by my wife , i paid in advance 15999/-rupees and received the order on 18 apr 2023 , but when i was opened the dummy handset was found inside the box and immediately i raises complaint to return my money and take what you deliver i communicated no. of mail but still my complaint not resolved..kindly updated immediately and resolve the issue.i am. having video for the same since starting packet and box opening and ready to share the same.
