    made my lifes biggest mistake by booking tickets from goibibo. I had booked tickets from ur customer care for nov 16 from Mumbai to nepal. I spoke to nirav who was fucking illiterate, he asked me the passanger name 10 time, i asked him if he can make a note of it on a note pad but he dint. Even after confirming the name so many times he made a mistake in it, he also dint inform me that nepal guidelines say they need only voters id as proof and no other proof. Because of his mistakes my mom dad were asked to buy a new ticket for my mom @28k, as he did a mistake in my mom z name. My parents were insulted by the management at the airport. On top of that the ticket which i made for my mom was use less, they had to make 1 more. They told us go.ibi.bo will give the refund for the same ticket which wasnt used. I called the helpline no. All the managers and agents of the helpline are sitting there to talk shit and just buy time everyone is doing the same thing by telling me that they will call me. It's been a week m calling and fighting but u people are not bothered as u have already cheated me n now i nedd to run behind u people to remove my money. I have recorded all the conversations that i had with the time date and name of all supervisor whom i spoke and what all shit they were saying is also recorded. There was a guy jay from refund team who was laughing when i was narrating my situation. But he forgot to check his mute button before he could do all that he was doing. Even i work for a bpo i know how things work. Yesterday i spike to a supervisor who said he will call in 2hrs @8.00 pm but i think his watch stopped n he didnt know when 2hrs got over. I have already filled a fir against ur company for all the insult, humiliation my parents had to face. These people also didnt help me abt the return ticket, i called Indigo and pooja from that team transfered the call to a manager and my work was done in 10mins. Same thing with u people itz been almost a week. When i called indigo about my parents return ticket, the 1st thing she told me is mam u will have to put the name as per voters id. Why dint ur studip dum rep nirav dint tell me all this. I want a refund for the tickets from mum to nepal on 16th nov asap along a compensation for the humiliation my parents had to face. U people have time till Saturday 24th mid night. If u people cant do any thing then Monday i m going to consumer court with all the proof, call records and fir.
    Stop hiring idiots and illiterate people. I think that guy was drunk or sleeping.

    My first and worst experience with you.

    I heard about the customer satisfaction at go ibibo that is reason I choose to book through you for my special moment (my honeymoon) but i guess I did a big mistake.

    The room was not at hygienic as the bed sheet was all dirty plus mosquitoes was all over.

    There was no safety feeling at all as I have to change our hotel bcoz hotel staff was not cooperative.

That time your web sight showed as an offer for SBI cards for Easy EMI for 3 month with 0% interest. But without any information in my statement with14% interest it is noted.( 2014.33 + 71.96 interest + 12.95 GST) Why it is coming like this, I need explanation, You are doing wrong.     We had booked hotel The grand sunset in chail for two nights , two rooms by name of himanshu jindal . Check in date 21/06/2019 check out date 23/06/2019. With a free breakfast and dinner at the hotel. But the manager is charging extra to the tune of Rs 2800 per day and the buffet is worthless .The dessert was hot . So we want to know what the hell is this , why are we charged extra . We booked the hotel and payed Rs.17758 .

    This is the first time i get pathetic service from you guy's i booked a Hotel from you mobile app and get an confirmation from you "Your Hotel Booking is Confirmed at Oyo 15067 Hotel Ashoka, Mohali, India, HTL5W53P4Y" when i was trying to get check in at the Hotel they ask me for ID Card's i give them all the my Identity prof as required, and then they want all prof with them until the check out, and no one will handover the original prof to any hotel, i call your helpline it will take 25 minutes to reach Mr. Ranik and he assured me than he will help me out and he will arrange a call back you guy's, but i get text from you as mention below without any call "Dear Customer, You called us from number 9814633055. We were unable to complete our conversation and tried calling you back but could not connect. We would like you to tell us your query/concern. Please reply to this email with relevant details and we will be glad to assist you. Please do mention your Booking Id (if any) in reference. Regards, Goibibo Support Team"

    and then i called again talk to Mr Ranik after a long hold of 25 minutes he transfer me someone it will again take 45 mint and when i connected some one he disconnect my call this this you are give a services to you customer,

    Then i wast my more then 2 hours over their who will be the responsible for that, I just called your helpline again and they simply says sir you need your refund what the hell is that,

    Please check attachment how many time i called you how much time you guys take and not resolve the issue

    I really unhappy with your service I had already booked room in your Hotel KK 15546( HTLSMLQKR2) ludhaian , but I stayed only one day when I come back to hotel today . Hotel / receptionist your booking is not today he totally declined for the stay whenever I have two days in hotel KK (HTLSMLQKR2) that's why I am going for another hotel so please give me one day hotel charges. So please give me money back for one day beacuse I stayed in hotel 1 day. Then why I should I pay for 2 days hotel charges when I stayed only one day so please , so pls give my money back.
