I brought the Samsung Galaxy j7 pro mobile 7month before, now that mobile suddenly offed and vibrate till now that mobile is not start. I gave the mobile in Annanagar Samsung mobile service center they said it will take time for 20days, if you want within one day you can go to the purasaiwakkam brach they will give mobile within one day they said, then am going to purasaiwakkam Samsung service center they saw the mobile and they said mobile already checked ah.. I don't know sir I gave the mobile to Samsung service center in Anna Nagar branch only because I have warranty period sir I said. After that purasaiwakkam service person said you go there itself sir.

I bought samsung galaxy j7 2017 model in november month now the mobile was suddenly offed and vibration came.i bought mobile in Annanagar reliance showroom.today I went to Annanagar Samsung service center they said mobile it will be ready after 20 days only. Then I asked to them I want earlier then they said you go to purasaiwakkam showroom they will give within one or two days. They checked the Mobile then they said this already opened where you are gave. I said am giving to Samsung service only that is in Annanagar. OK sir please you give to this mobile phone to their only.

Samsung galxy Note 5:
This phone was brought by daughter from US and presented to me two weeks ago.For the last 4days on While switching on display does not appear.Also some cracks are seen at its back glass cover.Can you arrange to set right the defect.
What would be rough estimate for the repair work.
