To whomsover it may concern.
We had guven a complaint for tv repair and the technican had came for repair and advise us tht the picture tube has been gone and it will cost 17,000indian rupees. They had assured tht the picture tube will arrive within 3 to 4.days which now already took 12 days still saying tht the part will come within 3 days. the tv we buyed 3 yrs back from harsha electronics and they have not provided us any replacement tv. The service is very poor.varadhraj shetty

Dear Sir,
I bought Samsung Galaxy M31 mobile on 25th May 2020. Not even one year of purchase now the back key button is not working while touching.
Now I am not able to contact service centre due to lock down.
Request you to kindly register my complaint. Once the situation is normalized I will approach the service centre at Udupi. Contact number of udupi service centre available in net is not a valid number.

Dear sir/Madam,
1) I have a Samsung Galaxy Prime 7 smart pone.
2) I have upgraded it from android 6 to 8 and down loaded the app "Fitbit".
3) Update tracker was showing the message" firmware update available for fitbit charger 4"
4) I tried to update but failed. It gave the message "Fitbit is not responding. close "
5)It has greatly affected the performance of many other apps.
) Chrome, Google, G pay Messages are not responding. In contacts, there is no speaker and also there is no red button to cut call.
7) The same problem continues in the phone even after uninstalling "Fitbit".
8) I tried to contact the Serivce Center at Kunjibettu, Udupi. No body is receiving the pone.
9) Kindly help me so that I can use my phone as earlier.
10) Also give me the latest contact number so that I can contact them at any time.
11) The pone numbers that I tried are 0820-4294895 and 08204293708.
12) When I tried the first number, the call was automatically ending without any message. For the second number, I got the message :Invalid number"
