i sri arunava dutta from bidhannagar , durgapur had taken an washing machine from the exclusive shop of samsung from muchipiara most probably monsoon of 2011, i was working fine from 2011 but now its getting in lot of trouble during cleaning process and the door gets locked after the completion of the entire process from last few weeks and for last few days its red light is flashing like an alarm indicator and the washing process gets interrupted after some while and it shuts dows automatically and the door remains closed . so please reffer to my complain and send assistance as soon as possible . please send service provider to my resident address

i am not this time able to use my product
