My Samsung A7 2017 model phone touch and display is broken,I gave the phone in bhagalpur service center at 5 January and ask them to repair it they told me the price of touch and display, I ask them (3 time) in how many days my phone will be repaired they told me only in 15 days the phone will repair .
At the end of (15 days) on 20th January I go to the service center and ask about my phone the told me the till now they are repairing the December phone the Didn't start work at the January phone.
I ask them again that in how many days my phone will be repaired the told me at 30th January and at 30th January when I go there they told me to come on 8th February when today I gone there they told me to come on 15th February.
When we go to Samsung service we see big banner written fast and assured service I want to talk to the manager of Samsung that is this is your fast service .
From 1st day when I submit my phone and till now 11times I have to go to the Samsung service center and ask about my phone.
What the fuck this Samsung have the service only doing ads that fast service, I think the most slow service in the world is of Samsung the most horrible service of Samsung.
The care has ask me for more 15 days is he will increase the date of my guarantee totaly they have taken my 35 days and ask for more 15 days it's means that 50 days is the Samsung service center will give me more 50 days of guarantee.
And one most important things Samsung make the most poor earphones if it break why you are not replacing it .
If the problem is with earphones or with charge why the Samsung ask to submit the phone it's the most easy way not to replace it because you tell to submit the phone for 2 days and the person who have not any another phone they can't submit there phone and easily you can blame them that you haven't submitted your phone that's why we will not replace you earphones or charge
The most horrible service I have ever seen is of Samsung

And one more thing when we go to service center you can record our video and when we call to customer care you are recording our talk but why we can't record your video or call
