I brought 1.5 ton AR18JC5JCmv AC on 26.4.16 from Joyti commercial, Bankura, WB. Only one servicing has been provide by the company till now. Ihv contact with local customer service (08420105428) several times from last 10days but they didn't come yet. This is very shameful service of Samsung I ever known. I think I should go to consumer forum to get my rest servicing.
