    CANCELLATION REQUEST PENDING by Sirisha:

    We have been patiently waiting for MSwipe to cancel and take away there machine. We 1st called on july 2nd and they kept dragging the same stupid excuse and till date no one ever showed up to cancel nor take back the machine! We have been saying we would be out of station soon but we ended up cancelling our trip. Informed the same to them but nothing has been done so far.. How irresponsible is that?

    I had used their service last year for 3 months and then requested for surrender . Service executive collected the machine from my office but i forgot to collect acknowledgment receipt. After 5-6 months there was a debit of amount 3363 from my account since mandate was activated with my bank account. I reported the iasue with customer care but after repeated follow ups my refund was not processed .every time i was given assurance but nothing happened and i was told that machine has not been deposited by . I could not justify since i did not had any receipt . So thats the catch, never forget to take receipt else they will cheat with your hard earned money since they have access to mandate issued by bank at the time of issuance of terminal machine. Their executive mr Vishal Varma was shameless to give false assurance everytime i called for refund but he never had the guts to say no. I would never recommend to use their services as this is a cheat company, better stick to private/nationalised banks even though they are lil expensive.

    I give the cheque for Mr. Logesh (marketing people ) at 12.08.2018 for MSWIPE TECHNILOGY. But my cheque clearing date at 24.08.2018.
    He is give the commitment maximum 3 working days, we will install the pos for on your spot. But he is not respond (logesh and team leader balu) to me.
    Your service is very bad and poor. Than ask the false statement.
    So please refund my money

    The transactions have been made by 4 different customers. how can all four customers applied for charge back ? The transactions get approved only after customer enters the password/pin number. why should i provide the invoices everytime i face this issue. I have used several edc machines in the past and i have not faced this issue ever. please resolve the case in 24 hours and credit my claim amount or i would want to close/terminate my account permanently. since you are not solving my case please take my request to close the account. i want to surrender the machine. please send your executive to complete the closing formalities.

    We thankyou for the great service provided initially for explaining about the product and receiving the payment for it.
    you had promised to deliver the product within seven to eight days and its been eleven days today and the representative who had to deliver the product came twice to our pharmacy and behaved inappropriately and did not respond to our queries neither did he dispatched the product.
    we are greatly disappointed with your services and customer support neither are we willing to wait for it, kindly refund our money back.
