I am extremely sorry to say that my booked a consignment on 29-08-2021 but surprisingly returned back without attempting to deliver in the provided address, this is a very bad sign that you take payment from us and return it back again to collect extra money in the name of RTO, again I handed over the parcel to Titabor delhivery, Jorhat, Assam but the very same parcel returned to Teok delhivery, Jorhat, Assam and most important thing is that till now teok delhivery didn't handover me my returned parcel, instead they asked me to come to their place and pick it up, do i looked like delhivery's pickup boy? or else your appointed employee incompetent to do their job, shame, very shame. i want my parcel back now or else i have to go to court for the loss i have to bear for delhivery.

This is to inform you that we at SRB Creations has our online presence on different portals.
But for Meesho, we have our logistic partner DELHIVERY.
We have resumed our work after vacation and it is the same like before - PICKUP GUY DOESN’T ATTEMPT PICK UP AND MARK IT AS PICK UP NOT READY.
Whereas we have our CCTV footage to prove the same.
I used to contact DEVESH-73031 03339, he once answered my call a year back, later he stopped answering my calls. Then I whatsapped him, he blocked me on Whatsapp.
Is this what we should expect from a reputed company?
