I am having A300 & after the 6mth of purchase it have auto start problem & for this I leave my phone to repair after 1mth I got my phone but the problem was the same & when I complain to customer care they said Change the battery&lets check whether it work or not they don't know the problem

i have purchase Micromax Canvas 5 Lite Q462 (Brown) from amazon on 26th Feb. 2018. i have faced problem in phone. Raipur service centre have send it to hyderabad and i have received mobile but still problem not solved .
Please suggest. it is just 4 month happen and mobile is not working.
