Dear Sir, My Father had purchased a Desktop (No. Lenovo L6300S 57123463 2/500 GB W/H) on 28/10/2010 for Rs.31990/- from Pantaloon Shop, Kankurgachi, Kolkata - 54. I have purchased one Tablet PC Idea Tab A1000-T, Model Name 60028
and the IMEI 860070026291841. S/N: HGC1SFK9(31).
Please note that when I put the SIM card in socket the Tab is showing NO SIM CARD DETECTED, Please help me to find our the problem and where I will go to solve this problem. The said Tab is still under Warranty.

Dear Sir/Ma'am,
I have bought my Lenovo A7-50 Tablet (16 GB, 2G, 3G, Wi-Fi)in August from Flipkart. Model no. 59412104. Serial no. - HGA69ALJ. The manufacturing date is 2014-05-19.
It has stopped working from last evening. Its not switching on after several tries. Not charging also. It was on full charge while last working.
Please suggest me what to do. Its very Urgent.
