Taken amount of 2800rs and replaced my laptop parts with broken parts by Bindu priya:

i think this was the worst experience i had faced in a service centre ever in my life.i strongly recommend to buy a new laptop or just leave the laptop as it is then giving ti this so called authorised dell laptop service centre.they have taken 2800rs from me for replacing a part called plamrest so the parts came after 20 days after we called them every day and the ordered part was broken part and they replaced the same broken part to my laptop so we asked about that how can they replace a broken part they said they will order new one and fix it again and again took 10 and said the part was not available and they will return amount 1800rs(amount remained after service charge).so we went to collect the refund but they refused to give refund saying that it was mistake of dell company for nt giving parts and not them so they dont give any refund they spoke very rashly to my mother and i think they completely wasted my time my money and made my laptop even worst.so i strongly recommend not to go to this service centre if you go just loose your hope on the product.thats
