Dear ,
I just want to bring once incident into your kind notice. I booked one consignment from Udaipur(Rajasthan) to Sheopur (MP). It was told to me that same will be delivered on time. When I checked the status on 25th July 2017 I found nothing is updated on site. I wrote a mail to you guys but did not find any return.
On checking the status on 31st July I came to know that you are not providing services to Sheopur(MP). When I called 0294-5106302 I got a response that this is my fault, even though she is not able to explain that when the same will be return to me. She was very rude. Even I came to know that the money given for this will not be returned back.
Still I don’t know when the consignment will be return to me but I am really very disappointed with your service. I will update this on social sites as well so that people can know your bad brand.

This in regards to courier sent to Help Age INDIA Delhi Office from Shimla on 6th March 2020. But the courier was not delivered in Delhi office neither it has returned back to Shimla. As the courier contains some important documents so if the issue was not resolved with in 2 days I have file the complaint the against the courier company as I am facing official problem due to this.

I have done online payment but not yet received courier even after 20days and delivery boy told that it will be delivered in 3 working days and It is done it from odisha to maharashtra.please help as soon as possible
