Ocean Mobile Care Chennai Velachery service is pathetic and service centre make us wait for days and in my case months by asking us to come NEXT WEEK and have standard reply the spare parts are yet to come or we have some problems fixing it please visit us again Next Week.

The Service is also not done properly as guaranteed, saw this in my case and as well as in my friends too. Finally ended up in fixing my problem in local shop, where they fixed my problem for the half price to that of Ocean Mobile Care.

Please THINK TWICE before ending up in Ocean Mobile Care.
