This is Mari Kumar from KTM Showroom , Sivakasi. Last Tuesday , I gave Samsung A20 for Display problem in Samsung Service Centre (33, E-3, Kamak Road, Sivakasi, )They promised me a 1 week time. they said Tuesday you can get the mobile . Today i called the support number , They attended and told " 5 minutes i will call back " . After 4 hours, i called again now. They hang the call without attending. Is this even a proper Response ?. I meed my Mobile Today.

I have fitted my AC and empolyee asked the extra amount for copper pipe(900)which is less in electric store(530). He keeps an asking extra things if it's there also.. Bcoz of that i took decision to not buy a Samsung products anymore.. Please refund the amount which is required(300). I am not satisfied with ur service
