Pathetic Service from food panda customer care. no words to speak . i have placed the order & 4 time call to customer care of food panda no solution getting from them . after need to talk with supervisor / team leader but not available on the floor . what solution i am getting from your agent aman sir only refund is possible . pls listen my all 4/5 calls need action required from food panda. last night because of your pathetic service my family not had food what i have planned for them. if i placed the order from food panda if its placed then it should be delivered any how if customer trust on you money refund is not solution need compensation from food panda i need call from you team leader / manager for solution if you refund my money to me what is i got me & my family not had dinner . because of your pathetic service no words to speak . pls listen my all call i have call from my other number 9871506644. need call from your end . i need compensation from food panda what me & my family suffer .i have placed the order your agent not call me i have call to check after they said vender not make chicken on Wednesday pls take veg items . if he not make chicken item's it should be write on your online menu even i placed the order from your agent also he also punch my order he never told me chicken items not available after punching when i call 4th time then your agent said other restaurants is closed i cant place your order to other restaurants pls take refund i said 8.55 you said all restaurant is closed after he said our site is shut down pls call after 10 min to place new order. i do only refund . i need call back from your manager /team leader to talk . need compensation any how.

Hi,
I have ordered 5 item on 05/07 to chicken minar,sec-9,rohini,new Delhi. They given me delivery time 90 minuts.But even after 150 minute I did not received my order. I called 3-4 times and every time they give new delivery time. Than at last I myself picked my order from their address.After checking my order found two dishes was not what I order. Very poor service and was very disappointed.

I had placed an order from subway Sakinaka which is 7 mins walking distance from my place
Two hours and I am still waiting for the Oder tht I had placed
To track the order I called up subway ...very smart staff I must say no one... has the audacity to confirm the status...
In return they disconnected my call ..keep passing the phone to the other staff one by one ...I had to narrate the entire story to all of them ..no response ... Very annoyed will never place an order from food panda !!!
