Dear Sir / Madam
This is in ref to my today's visit to Pantaloon store @ Motera Ahmedabad (Opp 4D Square Mall)...
I alongwith my family was there to buy clothing but the moment we started surfing Kurtis, there were @least 3 garments on a single hanger rod for sale @ 50% / Important was that all 3 garments were not in a condition at all to be even displayed, forget about offering any discount etc / I immediately took one of the garment to service desk n shared the visual appearance of that garment but the concerned person responded - "Sir, there are 60k garments taken out for sale n it's not viable to isolate such seconds garments" / Then when I asked about having a word with Store Manger, I was initially told that he is coming; I waited for almost 10 mins n then when inquired again, was informed that Store Manger left sometime back becoz of some work
This incidence had no financial impact on me hence I could Hv easily ignored all this but still I m sharing this case as its gives a bad name to a reputed firm like PANTALOONS / I myself belongs to Textile industry hence understand how important is to keep good credibility in market? Frankly, it may not impact Pantaloons business if I stop buying from their store but still it's important/ Frankly, I may not visit @least this specific store in future or may be even any Pantaloon store for say!!!
Hope this mesge will be conveyed to highest authorities @ Pantaloons & no such incidence gets repeated in future

Alfa on mall ahemdabad pantaloon center not calculating proper discount on my purchase there is buy 2 get 40% discount offer in peter england shirt but they diduct only 37%. I checked today my bills. If my complain not sold I sue against consumer court for misguiding information against pantaloons store

According to the particular billing employee, after changing a particular product I have to keep the receipt else they can not change the product on the basis of the computer statement. On protesting this statement of his he raised an argument and that was a complete embarrassment.. Firstly I had to wait there for more than 15 mins as there was only single opened counter and the rest closed, then the initial billing employee couldn't manage the billing and called the particular person who afterwards started the argument and his behaviour was quite undermarking to take! This is the first time a pantaloons employee misbehaved and above all he started challenging the statement, may be there can be some mistake of mine but thres a way to explain that, he was way too rude.

I visited your store recently inaugurated in sriganganagar (rajasthan) I am unable to find my footwear size which is 40 . The sAlesman told me there is only available size fir all the bellies in the store is maximum size 39 . Now help me out by confirming or suppling sizes . I am really impressed by your stock but if size is not available it would be a great issue .

i purchased some stuff from pantaloon,Kangra branch on 20 oct for Rs 7140..receipt no P344004I18000329...swiped card was told not credited and paid by cash....found that the amount was deducted....spoke to cashier and was informed that money will be refunded within 7 days...not done till date and bank saying amount credited to merchant...money to be refunded on priority
