i have an issue related to my skullcandy earbuds, facing charging issue when i put the earbuds in case, the light is not blink every time i have adjust the earbuds and after closing the case the charging stopped, so i sent my earbuds to Brand eyes distributors, prior to that i discuss the issue with them on email and they told me to sent the earbuds and case, along with warranty form, invoice copy, they replying me quicky before sending the earbuds to them on my each mail, but when i sent the details with assets, i continuously sent many emails but they not even reply to me, on 6th nov 2023 i sent the details, still they didn't replay to me, i confirmed and track my order details, it has been reached, so kindly reply to me and help me to get the status of my earbuds
