I have recently bought Onida 43 inch LED which is under warranty period.
The technician without testing anything with tester or any other equipment is saying that the chip needs to be replaced and it will take one weeks time.
We are contacting the customer care who are saying some other story.
Can someone attend my complaint.

Dear sir,
Am vinod from banaglore few days back my onida lcd tv showing onida and swich off the only video,but audio running i Complain the onida customer care,next day technition told backlight problem 3200 rs cost, am said ok ready it but next telling panel problem 8000 rs cost, am told give me back my tv i repair another shop, i asked show me present on my tv but that time lcd is broken, plz clear my issue in 24 hrs
