I am disappointed to see that despite numerous verbal requests, payment for Case No :44863233 has still not been received. So I am entitled to claim late payment interest, conveyance charges & compensation charges. Made a down payment of Rs.10000/- for a course in Feb 2023, but the course was wrongly punched . When I mentioned it to the team they dint bother to refund nor attend my call. In May , another team Vishnu and Arun (vishnu.a4@byjus.com 8248616525, arun.j4@byjus.com ) approached me and promised me to send a learnstation for the 10000 paid in Feb 2023 and made me pay Rs 10000 again for punching the new course. Even after these many months , and even after approching all the teams of Byjus (including grievances and support team) I havent received the learnstation nor a proper response. Each member hears the story from me for an hour and gives no response. Are you cheating on me. Let me know what is the issue. Why are you not sending the learnstation? If you cant , refund my amount immediately.

Hi sir/madam I am Rozy Khanna and my ward Sarthak Khanna read in class 10 th and he is join byjus.when Your byjus representative come at my home with your plan and product I am very impressed with those and finally I paid for byjus amount 56000/. 5oct 2023 and after 3day Sarthak and me go for our byjus centre that are located in nit 5 faridabad railway road for orientation and I was very shock when your byjus teacher again'explain your full course and your product details that was totally wrong. And I was submitted all the prov to your byjus centre by Akshay sir. And I already many mail and messages for my refund but till your account department and nit center but they not give any positive responses so please sir/madam solve my problem as soon as possible because I have give you the money by the cradit card and I have paid already 2 EMI with interest.
